Meet Anne.

I have lived in Londonderry for more than 30 years and have been active in Federal, State and local activities behind the scenes for many years. We may have even met during door to door canvassing, at Town Council, recent school board meetings or town Utilities and PFAS Water Committee meetings.! After my daughter graduated from Londonderry High School and I retired from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), I began thinking about how to use my work and educational background here in Londonderry.

After receiving my BA in Political Science from Macalester College, Minn, I attended George Washington University in Washington, DC at night for my Master’s degree in Science, Technology and Public Policy. I had worked for national environmental non-profit organizations for a few years and was working for the US Congressional Office of Technology Assessment (OTA) during the day at the time. After my job as the environmental and Union liaison at OTA, I worked for the US EPA TSCA & Superfund programs in DC, the State of Massachusetts and then later to the EPA Region l Office in Boston.

During my 42 years of government service, I’ve always been professionally tasked with helping to ensure and actively facilitate citizen involvement into the governmental decision making process. This has led me to reaching out to a wide diversity of citizens groups, federal and state officials, federally recognized Tribes, industry associations, and environmental and Union leaders.
